Students coming from outside the EU to study at a higher education institution registered and operating in Lithuania (full-time studies) or to work as a teacher or researcher under an employment contract require a Temporary Residence Permit.

Yes, you will be introduced to your mentor during the first week of your studies. You will also receive support from the International Relations Officer and the academic adviser within your study programme.

Unless you are a citizen of Lithuania or another EU or EEA country, regardless of your country of origin, you will be required to pay a non-resident tuition fee.
If you are an EU/EEA national, you can apply via the Centralised Admissions Information System. In that case, you are eligible to receive state funding.
International students who study with us on a full-time or part-time basis are offered the same scholarships as Lithuanian students. They are academic scholarships awarded depending on the results. The criteria vary every year depending on the number of students, budget allocated, etc. The amount ranges from 70 to 200 EUR/month.
