Representatives from Kaunas University of Applied Engineering Sciences took part in the Staff Week on Sustainable Development in Gdańsk University of Technology, Poland on May 20-24.

Various workshops as well as discussions on diversity & inclusion, stress management and others were carried out. The participants had a chance to get acquainted with ENHANCE project: ENHANCE Alliance universities presented their agenda and introduced their vision for the upcoming future partnerships. In addition, best practices on sustainability were discussed: all those participating were able to talk about the sustainability policy at their home institutions and how to improve it to get long-term benefits.

The week was closed with a trip to a beautiful Kashubia region where they visited the ethnographical museum and the final workshops on Friday.
